There are many projects which require less complex works like simple code maintenance jobs which involves simple fixes when the code breaks.

We have clients who own network of 100s of wordpress sites and need programmers to maintain them, these $800 freshers are great fit for them, instead of breaking their heads trying to find a freelancer on elance, odesk etc, they prefer having a full time guy who can make quick tweaks and changes on immediate notice.

There are several other utilities of freshers, but if depends on project to project.

If you have complex programming tasks you can always hire a senior experienced guy!

the service looks good. but the only problem is, that you have to pay upfront. in sites like elance or freelancer you have to to pay milestones and this is more safe i think.

i would never ever pay someone in the world 800$ upfront without any security...sorry
