Anyone have experience with ePayments Association?

I need some advice. I'm looking for a debit card alternative that's somewhat off the grid. Finishing up divorce (no kids-just soon to be ex-wife)
Can get it in an LLC that I have started or in my own name. Any recommendations? Have been researching options and this ePayments Association seems to be popping up alot. Have any of you had any experience with it or maybe another suggestion? I am based in the United States presently but plan on moving overseas in the next 18 months. My plan would be having all of my IM revenue deposited into an account like this. Thanks for your help.
