How they rank on #1 without any views??

Some videos dont have any views/likes/comments. The unlisted method to work must put some views etc first. How they jump on top without any of these things?

Yes i made a lot of spying on his video to understand what he is doing and i saw this so i thought this too. But, which video of those YT rank #1? So he upload all videos unlisited until he has many videos on his channel and then make them public.

Uploading many videos (for a niche) is a thing I've seen even before the unlist method came.
Just try to upload 30-50 videos in one channel related to one niche, with different title,description and you'll see one of the videos ranking on page 1.
