servers are down AGAIN. I'm happy with the service and i understand what it means to offer what you do but i just wish there was a bit more clarity as to what goes on with the servers. lately its just been going down too often to claim the uptime you do

We told you that when you reported downtime days ago, when there wasn't any.
As for the current one, we are trying to identify the client whose website is being attacked in order to lock out the attack. Please note, that we are the first to know about any downtimes, and we're always working to find a resolution as soon as we find out that something's wrong. Each and every ticket you open, just slows down the work on the initial problem.

SSL Certificate with Gold plan was an old promo that was ran by RMX. We have bought the company earlier this year, and we do not offer a certificate with the Gold plan.
We do, however, offer one with the Platinum plan if ordered on annual terms.
