Hi, amount will be refunded, if the video has been removed because of bad views as some thing like bot views or automated views etc. But the refund is not made if the video is removed if youtube account is removed, if removed for violation of YouTube's policy against spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content, if content has harmful activities and other reasons because of your content of your video.

Time is no issue but you give guarantee that you will refund if anything wrong happens like suspended or removed ? Also the 1 million views can be drip feed to more days?

Worldwide views can be split as 2K but for GEO the minimum is 5K.
