Here is my review, which is basically worth nothing yet because I just signed up a few days ago, but w.e.
I bought an annual shared hosting plan together with a fresh domain at Blueangelhost. My hosting account was activated within 1 hour and so far everything works without any problems.
Zero downtime or other problems so far. Another big plus is of course that they are present at BHW and you can contact them here directly if the support should not be able to assist you.
For the few days I am with Blueangelhost now I would give them 10/10 points.

I'd like to host streaming movies directly on the server. I'm guessing I need a dedicated server for this? I've never done that before, only used shared hosting. Is a dedicated server similar to this? Does it come with cpanel and a wordpress installer and stuff?
Also if I register a domain with you guys, will it be private?
EDIT: How do you handle DMCA takedowns? Does Russia obey DMCA requests?

first thing, Dedicated server is like a shared hosting but more powerful then shared, and yes for streaming movies directly from the server you surely require dedicated server.
now cpanel can be installed on a dedicated server, that will cost you additional $36/m for wordpress installer I can provide you softaculous so that you can install wordpress and many more scripts by just one click.
regarding DMCA I would suggest you to use our new located server in Bulgaria please follow the link below for Bulgaria servers.

kindly check your internet connection, there is no downtime on any of the server, I am in the admin panel since last 24 hours nothing wrong on our side

as long as you do not host any viruses which may affect the users (i.e the user who download it.) you can host it. Please note: we check all the hosted content on our server twice a week and if we found any virus or any similar infected content we delete that from the users hosting account.

I will host my site files only and downloadable files will be hosted at cleanfiles.net and they are not virus files.
I am asking because my previous hosting company deleted my site because it is related to facebook hacker and games hacks and heats site

As long as you do not host or distribute malware/viruses, explicit content involving minors, gore or anything negatively about the Russian government you will be fine. DMCA will be ignored and only a violation of the given terms or a Russian court order will bring your site down. I too moved to Blueangelhost for the reason you mentioned and I am really happy with them so far.

its ok as I mention before as long as the files are not infected you can host them.
also note one more thing the downloadable content should not be too big files as it consume lots of resources which can affect the other users on the server
