Ok so this can be applied to just about any online service, and probably to any offline service too, if you modify it a little.
Go ahead and type something like this into Google:
Open up a whole bunch of these websites, and view the source of them all. Press CTRL F, and search for "feeds" or "rss". The majority of them will have some sort of link for RSS Feeds.
Copy down the URL of these feeds, and go to a website like https://blogtrottr.com/. You want some sort of regularly updating RSS feed reader or notifyer.
Blogtrottr will email you every hour with the new updates to the RSS feeds you've given it. There's also a Chrome plugin, Slick RSS: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/slick-rss/ealjoljnibpdkocmldliaoojpgdkcdob?hl=en
It will refresh all feeds as often as you like, and show a little "# Unread" thing on it's icon.
You can then go ahead and make yourself some fancy filters in Gmail, and there you go! Regular, fresh leads sent straight to your mailbox.
This does work better depending on your niche and how many feeds you have. I personally hate those websites where you have to bid against 100 other people willing to work for $1 an hour. So search carefully.
