I like the look of number 2 best, BUT because its a recycling company, I think number 1 would be best, but maybe make the text slightly bigger so it looks more like it belongs next to the icon.
-number 1 just looks more professional/serious and more like the image you should be giving off as a recycling company. whereas although 2 is good it looks more like a design company (it says innovative, trendy,fresh etc).

that one you're trying to replace? it looks ok to me..

If you can, try to find a way to use #1 AND #3. If I had to choose one, I would go with #3.
