It kind of depends on the content of the links, are your links helpful/relevant to the user? If the user has to click through to another page (the adfly or linkbucks page) and ends up at a page which isn't really helpful/relevant, you have a higher chance of dissatisfaction and therefore a higher chance of that same user not returning to your website ever again. If you do not give a shit about this, then yes it might be a good idea

I'm not sure what you mean by this exactly? I'm asking the question in the context of monetizing the outbound clicks as it's the only thing I have yet to monetize.

Yes, it is good for outbound links. But my advice is not use them, they pay very very less. Instead of using adf, make your own redirection page with cpm ads. It will make you more bucks. You won't lost your visitors too.

lots of people will leave as soon as they see the adfly pop up. If you do this you'll miss out on long term visitors. It all depends on what you value more, a little bit of money now? Or a large sustained amount of money from long term visitors? It's all up to you.
What niche is the site?
What are the visitors wanting when they click on those links? And do they get whatever it is that they want?
What proportion of your visitors are new vs returning?
What countries are they mostly from?
I don't think Afly or Linkbucs are necessarily a bad idea, but I reckon you can find more effective ways to bring in some $.
If you can't be more specific about your site though, you're just going to get generic suggestions. There's a difference between monetising visitors clicking a link to a movie, and visitors clicking a link to a job listing, for example
