Hear me out Blackhat Experts...

I got an issue, a big one, that i need the forum experts to solve, in the past month i've been using an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G system(the one that's down here n my sig) to generate a lot of profit from being a webcam affiliate, i did a report and video instructional and ebook and build a website and everything is almost ready for the lunch of my project, but the thing is ammm....it's blackhat! i mean it is in some way posing as a girl, and breaking TOS of many respected sites lol.... is it legal for me to go public with it and sell this method? can i say like at the bottom something like "I do not recommand any one of this systems and those systems are against TOS of myspace blah blah blah" now the thing is nothing can really happen to you by using this system it's not so much of spamming and not really illegal more "unethical" but can i go public with it?

i know a lot of you PM'ed me and i didn't respond to anyone cause i'm waiting for everything to be ready, BUT! like i promised i have 1 system going out in my site for $97 and the other one for even more, and I will give it to the Blackhat VIP forum members for FREE - I am a man of my word.

I don't see a problem selling it as I've seen products like this being sold. But they also didn't single out specific websites either, so I don't know on that one.

Are you sure you want to sell this if you're doing so well with it? Does it have a chance of getting saturated?

I mean hell, I'd be the first to purchase from you but if your profits will diminish it might not be worth it.

Yea, you might want to keep it under the radar and maybe sell a limited amount of copys, but at a higher price. Also find a way to make it so this cant be duplicated and sent out to millions of people on DP etc.. Dont F yourself and kill your profits just for a few $97.00 payments! Just my two cents

What will happen is this, your method will get watered down, slammed and you are fucked. Your earnings will decrease if not evaporate. Once it's out, it's out. Sorry but there are just things you don't let out of the bag.

Let's say a thousand people buy your ebook...97k....nothing to sneeze at. But based on your own assesment, that's just over 3 months of what you're doing now.

Personally, I'd say you're fine legally but financially it's gonna hurt. I could be wrong.

I agree totally. I've wanted this product for a while now, but I wouldn't want everyone and their mother getting it after I paid for it.

Personally I'd only like to see it sold to Junior Members and above. We've seen what has happened to other peoples products that have been released here.

You should not have any problems, BUT you should warn people BEFORE buying the product.

Blackhat products have been sold before, and they implied methods that broke companies tos.

The issue is to protect yourself from chargebacks, cause if a person buys it, apply it, and then gets banned from the company, most probably will come and issue a charge back order. Think about this.

Its simple enough to figure out the jist of this and it can apply to any adult affiliate program.... you pretend like your a girl and say something to convince them to sign up... if you're ok with virtually whoring yourself, go for it, personally I think that shit is sort of retarded.

If it really makes you hard cash (over 30k/month like your signature says) dont sell it short!!! If you really want to sell it sell only few copies with very high price.

On the part of it being saturated. Sure that's always a possibility. But myspace is huge. It takes a lot of people doing it for a awhile before it will get saturated to where it's not worth anything. And I would bet that most people that bought this would not spend the time required to make much either. 90% of the people that get a hold of these sort of things rarely put them into action.

As for the legal aspects. I probably wouldn't mention myspace directly in any of your sales pages or anything. But you I don't think you would get in trouble just for selling a method on how to make money. It's been done before by a lot of people and the only people that they have gone after for that sort of thing were the bot makers.

If you are really making $30K a month from this, you should buy yourself a big fat broadband connection, toot down to WalMart and buy a dozen or so computers, hire enough people and train those people in your "system", put them under airtight non-disclosure and non-competes and go to town!

Run the "system" for everything that it is worth 'til you are up to say, $500K a month, hire someone to put up the sexiest website on the planet, hire a bulk email company with genuine opt-in lists to market for you and sit back and let the cash roll in.

Yah I talked to him a while back about Nondisclosure aggreements and partner with a group of like 10 people and just do profit sharing. This is a great idea, basically like hiring an army of affiliates bringing you in a ton of money every month.

I agree, you are probably better off keeping it to yourself than letting the cat out of the bag. If you really do want to sell then $97 is probably too cheap - I would go for $3-500 with a low level limit on sales and don't put it up for general sale just sell via forums such as this.

I guess it depends just how "unique" the system is - there have been lots of ideas spoken about on this forum about pretending to be a women on dating/social networking sites - unless you have a "killer" unique method then it could be a hard sell.

NOTHING someone sells you will ever be as valuable as your own creativity. Search, seek, learn, achieve knowledge on your own, compile it and don't believe someone can show you something that mindblowing, because later on you'll relieve just how unmindblowing it is. I'm telling you, there's nothing more valuable then a little bit of creative thinking, especially when it comes to 'marketing', come on we're humans, we have neo cortex's and thumbs here people, we can make anything we want, and usually people are right by our sides ready to support us if we just tap into that!!!

hmmm, uptown you made a real decent point about non disclosures and contracts... I can't believe I hadn't of thought of that aspect.

I work for a webcam website, we run an affiliate program and once in a while we see all sorts of funky methods being used to get traffic to our site. Many times we support out affiliates with their efforts. But there are exceptions. if we see a technique that blatantly break rips off the end user or gives us bad rep we shut them down.

If your making 30k a month... we probably know there is somethign going on, maybe not the details. if you haven't been shut down yet we might just be turning a blind eye. letting you do your thing while we both profit.

Bottom line i dont know the details of you system, so i cant say if this can get anyone in trouble for sure or not.
