Before dropping, i bought some sherlock packages from blackhatseo marketplace, like 1 month buy, 1 month pause and so on.

Can anybody tell what just happened here? Should they go back? Should i buy some SEO asap ?

The #1 reason behind every lose of ranking is low quality links. Unfortunately, many people don't have the right budget or expertise to run a good SEO so that will keep happening no matter what you do or call your service. That's the plain fact.

Can you elaborate on this a bit? Why would using chrome have any effect on the odds of being penalized by google? (the only browser I use is chrome unless I need to use a firefox plugin then I switch over just for that).

Don't use Chrome for any SEO work. It phones back everything you do and you get flagged as a black hat.

i saw recently some news on TV that "chromos" is not really an "angel" ,that's why i don't use any of their shit for years.i don't need chrome,i don't need webmaster tools,i don't need anything they offer just to track everything better,i use them only for making money by ranking my sites using every method i know,white or black hat

Replied all I could there. Check out www.reddit.com/r/privacy and search for more info on google itself....I'm not saying all of Chrome is evil, it's just a massive data collection software, it is mining and storing terabytes of customer habits per day....for us SEO's it's unacceptable.

I suggest to start building high quality backlinks. Those backlinks from the Marketiplace you got, are not good. There is no immediate fix for this, just get up and work harder.
