Hi, I have 2 limited accounts right now that are requesting documents to confirm indentity/address. Both accounts were limited this week. The first was said because it thought someone may have hacked into my account (or words of that sort) and they wanted me to verify no one did by looking over my transactions, changing my password and security questions.. Then was told Needed a utility bill and photo Id to resolve Account. The second account was strangely limited and asked for business records of mine, despite me only having a premier account. I am fighting them on this. They are asking for receipts and tracking, etc too despite I shipped USPS with no tracking, so I am fighting them on this as well. This account may be a goner, not sure just since they are asking for so much.. But I am looking for proof of identity and address as well for this.
Both accounts together have a total sum of less then $500. Can you PM me your pricing for two accounts (2 utility bill, 2 photo) and your pricing for just one account as well? I am extremely low in funds, I just moved states last week (long pity story) so I really need these funds that are being held but depending on your pricing I may only one able to afford to purchase docs for one account for now..
