Tier 2 help

Can someone tell me if its mandatory to drip feed tier 2 and tier 3 ??

i want to build all my tier 1 (web 20,social bokmarks,article directories,etc) in about 10-15 days, dripped.
After this i want to blast them with few thousands wikis and bookmarks. the tier 3 will be a lot of blog comments pointed to tier 2.
like i said in the first sentence, my question is, do i need to also drip tier 2 and 3?

Yes it would be better to drip links to to your tier 1 properties because you wouldn't want any of those to get deleted. But you can just blast them too if you like

the higher the tier the lower care you have to give to them. So for example:
Money Site <------ Tier 1 (dripped in 10-15 days) <--------Tier 2 (dripped in 3-7 days ) <------Tier 3 (dripped in 1-3 days or no drip)

I would be carefully with article directories and social bookmarks as my tier 1. Use only those high quality sites.
