CASH INCENTIVE is when you pay someone to sign up for a affiliate offer. Think free ipod gift site, except with cash.

incentivized offers means that you can prompt someone to sigh that offer by offering sme incentive.
Now cash incentivized is very clear.. you can offer cash to pl to signup the offer.
But let me make one thing clear. You will hardly find any affiliate that allow cash incentive.
The incentivized affiliate offers can be incentivized through others prizes and contest but cash.
