Removing an Enemy's (Competitor's) Site From Search Engines

I've got a problem, and a question.

My problem is that someone has reported one of my sites twice now for violations (doing a little black hat, but I won't get into that).

I know who this individual is, and I know his web site. My question is, are there any black hat, or other evil ways to get his site removed from search engines, too? A little way to even the score.

I believe I saw this discussion before, but I couldn't find it again. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are many good articles you can find about this subject over the Internet. Search for "negative seo" or "google bowling."

Just keep in mind that Google don't like webmasters buying links (and there are more things that G hates....)

Seriously, if you're getting reported for doing black hat shit then you're doing something wrong while doing something that's wrong. Get me?

People feed their families with this stuff so how can you blame them for calling the cops when you steal food out of their mouths?
Not that I don't do black hat my self. But I sure as hell don't do it on a site that I care a shit about. And for damn sure I don't cry about a spam site getting vaped and then start to play the blame game, dude that's lame.

Focus your efforts into making something that's not going to get canned.
Don't focus energy on bringing others down, that's self defeating.
