I Just received my review copy and here is my review:

All my links were placed on High PR actual pages and the number of comments made on these pages were on average about 20 so very low OBL. All comments made were well written and don't look spammy.
I have used other High PR blog commenting services and although they provide high pr d0follow comments never have I seen such low OBL before, some of the pages even had comments as low as 9 on the page.

The links seem to be dripping in now and are very high quality and are passing a lot of juice to my site so I would highly recommend this service to anyone. With OBL's as low as these your links can never be deemed as spammy.
I know these links (all on unique domains too) will give me some good serp movements in the coming few weeks and I can't wait.

The links I have given are actually very high quality with 2 pr4 (actual pr) links & the comment posted on the page are actually meaningful & relevant to the post rather then throwing some random gibberish(most does),which makes the sticking rate higher & less likely to get deleted.
OBL

When it comes to buying blog comments link I am always a bit skeptical buying them as most sellers throws links from pages which has more then 50 OBL,but surprisingly it was not for this service.The links where posted actually has 10-30 OBL some even lower then that & that is actually very good as far as pr juice flow concern.

For quality I give you 5/5


Communication


OP kept me on the loop the minute I sent him necessary info's about my order order & sent me a report for my checking once its done.

So I got a total of 12 High PR Comments (8 comments normally)
OBL started from 9 up to 42.
Most of them were in the 10-20 OBL

Turn around time was less than a day.

It is too early to say something about SERP movements but I'm sure it will go up.

I also got a very nice and clean report in an excel file with PR, OBL, keyword, Total comments done. It is really easy to see what has been done without any effort.

Overall Score: 9/10
