Anyone can reinstate Adsense account?

Hi,

A day ago my Adsense account is disabled due to policy violation.

Here is the screenshot of the email:



Maybe this information help you during the appeal process:

• My account was 2.9 years ago
• I used a Tech blog to get the Adsense, I used to do blogging and last year the blog got PR was 2 but I quit blogging since 1 year and haven't write any article on it since November 2012
• After blogging I start running a funny image site and almost work more then 1 year on it.
• I've got a personal consultation email from Adsense Team while I was running a funny site so it mean they know that i was working on funny site
• I was expecting a premium ads because of high revenue and personal consultation email

Any possibility to reinstate the account using my old blog because in the appeal form it ask Example URLs where you've placed your ads * we can place one URL only in this field

On the funny site all the content is copied from sites like 9gag, uberhumour, collegehumor etc.

On the blog all the content are orignal and even I got backlinks from sites like Mashable, BusinessInsider and other big sites.

But I didn't cheat though when you signup for adsense they ask web url and I provide my funny site that time and they approved it.
