My review.
Order placed 12-13-13. Spoke to seller via Skype about keywords and other specifics of the service.
Got my report on 12-16-13. So turnaround time was pretty good in my opinion.
Unfortunately report had only my keyword as the anchor text. When speaking via Skype he said that with the medium package i could get some generic anchors as well. I notified seller and he fixed the issue and gave me bonus links with generic text on 12-18-13.
Now for rankings almost a week later.
I was ranked 103 in G and 11 in Y! prior to report. I am now not in G and Y! is 12. I got as high as 19 in G on 12-17-13 but then it just disappeared.
The keyword is very low competition and should be easy to rank.
Not sure if this will correct itself in time, but it is a little discouraging. I tried contacting seller about it two days ago and havent heard back.

Got my report in 3 days all links live and approved OBL very low average is 27 OBL mostly PR is 4 or 3 always blog commenting have good result in 10 days, great service.
