What is my site worth? Official thread!

Hi Meathead, I appreciate you taking the time to check out all of these sites and to give us your insight, brother!

I have an affiliate site with the following stats:

Age: 4 Months
PR: 1
Niche: Gaming
Unique Visitors (Daily): ~750-900
Traffic Source: Organic Search Results
Content: 50 Posts / 250 Index Pages
Revenue: 50% Adsense / 50% CPA Offers
Daily Income: ~$35-$45

I know my site is relatively young and I wouldn't get an enormous amount of value for it just yet. I was more hoping to get your longer-term view on it. I've heard the old 'sell it for 6 months worth of revenue' line but I'd love to know what you would do - provided everything stays the same - in say 12 or 15 months time.

I have 2 general topic sites and these sites are earning since October
One site has earning of around $27k since October (October+Nov+Dec till date)and the 2nd site has earnings around $13k since October (October+Nov+Dec till date)
Adsense is the only earning method used on these two sites and Google organic search is the main traffic source.
Age for both the site is around a year.

How much can the sites fetch if sold?

Doesn't have enough age at that level. Most 6 figure sales will have at least a year of earning history.

I have PR 3 website with DA 26 and PA 35 , Its Hack and Keygen website But domain doesn't include hack and keygen word its clean general domain, Website currently generating 250$ a month through CPA, What will be its worth ? any idea ?

Might be tough to sell due to niche - I'd imagine you could get a few thousand, though.

Content: 10-15 wordpress blog posts

It is a (fake) game cracks website with CPA earnings of 100$ a month. It has a great traffic, but I wonder if it can be sold because of its BH content and for how much?

Gaming isn't the best niche multiple wise, but with a year of history it would likely be worth around $20-25k.

I was just about to pay for my website listing on Flippa when i saw the Copyright Material Check box.

My question is since my website is about Music sharing ( the one i posted above musicdjmix.com ) and possible has some copyright materials added from time to time can it be removed from Flippa listing and can i sell this website at all on Flippa ?

I don't use Flippa too much these days, but I suspect it would be against their TOS. It's unlikely it would be removed unless it got reported, though (especially over the Christmas period, I'd guess Flippa support will be slower than usual).

Would be a risk you have to take as I couldn't say for sure.

I have a site getting about 1500-2000 UV's a month
The domain is a year and a half old, but the site has only been up for a few months actively taking orders.

last 3 months profit has been:
1,200
1,800
2,400

currently it is ranking top 3 for 5 different youtube keywords including 'buy youtube likes' 'youtube likes' and 'buy youtube comments'
(you can figure out the site if you want to look around lol)

The domain name does not contain 'youtube' in it as many of the other sites do for these words -- trying to avoid any trademarks issues..

Maybe it is worth more? I won't let it go for any less than 6 figures

Where would be the best place to sell it? I am leery on attempting to sell it as I don't want people to find my other money sites via adsense ID but I need the cash injection for a project.

Hey there! There is what I posted in another thread, so please read it and help me. Thanks!

I have a sports website (related to the NBA). I moved it to the .us domain ~2 months ago and it has 3.8k backlinks according to Ahrefs. The website uses WordPress as its platform on a premium theme and it gets 5+ daily articles. Number of views it received in December was over 150,000 and right now it makes ~20-30? daily with 7-11k daily visits on AdSense and ~2$ with other network (CPM based).

The website has around 40 authors, 20 of them are actively contributing and it also receives writer applications from time to time. Most of them write for free, while the others get paid according to the number of views they get. The website has over 1500 articles written so far.

With the website, buyer would get a Facebook page of it (13500 likes right now) and the Android application (made 5 days ago, 50+ current installs). The website also has a nice and clean mobile website.

If I were to sell it all, how much should I ask for and is Flippa the best place where I could sell it?

It makes some very nice profit to me, but I don't have much time anymore to organize it and a co-owner is inactive so he cannot do it either, so it's most likely going on sale.
