It's a UK paypal account.

Right so once i receive the payment into my paypal balance i shouldn't login or try and send the money for exactly 24+hours after receiving?

You can log in and check to make sure the payment went through okay.
But you need to wait a day before sending out money.

If you accepted a lot of money then send it in two amounts or more.

pretty much. the only restriction is how much you can withdrawl at a time within a certain amount of time...
after the money hits, don't move the money for at least 24hrs and everything will work fine.
I also suggest making a few paypals to work with so when one reaches it's limit you can use the others still.
