These are comments/posts etc made on the high PR inner pages of these domains. If you just create a profile and leave it as it is, you don't really get much of link juice from these sites. Here we manually add comments/posts/notes etc on high PR pages which essentially leaves a link back to your profile. It also helps to keep the profile active and alive for long.

Sorry about the late review, been really busy with Christmas and New Year.

The report I received was very comprehensive. Basically what the OP had done is created accounts on a ton of social channels (Flickr, Scribd, Slideshare etc), then used the account to post on loads of other profiles on that channel, creating internal backlinks to those profiles. Obviously each profile contains a link to my site.

Good service, and for the money, exceptional value.
