( in a country where Internet is booming, in a country where there are just few online shops because people are not used to use credit cards, where there are just "news" and "entertainment" blogs etc.. - some business that already have succeeded in other countries! )

If its an online business that you want to start then why just limit it to your country. Theres more money in 1st world countries than 3rd world countries and if you are online you have access to that money too.

Try selling some high demand gigs on fiverr. You can train some people in your country for outsourcing these gigs. There are many guides about fiverr on this forum .. just search and take action.
