Same People Always Get Top Comment?

I've noticed that on all the videos I've watched, whenever certain users post, they ALWAYS have top comment. As well, almost all of them seem to have the option to reply to their comment turned off, which I find very odd. Does this have to do with the amount of Google+ Followers they have? I notice that a lot of them have lots of followers and lots of people in their circles. I would like to know how to achieve this instead of cheating to top comment by replying to a top comment. Does anyone know anything about this?

Happens to me too, I always get top comment. My every comment gets over 200 likes and 20 replys... Cool

she has lot of subscriber and aged account, so the toppic is not TOP Comment, but Build a subscriber

Top comments do not rely on thumbs up. Her comment is top the second she posts, along with many others people. Wondering how.

Keep researching I'm sure you'll figure it out very soon. No one (including me) will tell you how to become top comment. But believe me, THERE IS A WAY. just don't tell anyone when you find out!

I try find "katie betzing" G+, but i can not find it, i want to see how much her follower, can you share it?

and your account ( that get lot more subs than her), are use for spamming before?, because from my experience , when you spamming, and then someone report you, your comment is still there, but for the next, your account get less eligibility to show-up at TOP Comment

Its usually either a lot of subscribers or writing something like "like if you like" behind comment
