Ordered 20 proxies. Noticed when I went to Google it took me to Google Canada. Then when i went to sign up for a yahoo account it asked me do i want yahoo.ca or yahoo.com. Proxies were from Canada even though advertised as USA. They were also very slow in loading pages. Contacted support and they denied them being from Canada, even though i tested all of them and they all took me to Canada pages for sites, Then eventually accused me of "playing games" with them to get a refund. Very disappointed and will never order from them again.

This is a BIG mistake or a lie made by you, or else Google might be crazy or you're not using the proxy instead using direct Internet connection, we know our proxy server locations better than you @bpenn34 or Google and we can prove their server geo locations if anyone need, looks like you're a newbie who doesn't even know how to check the geo location of an IP and there are many ways and online tools to check IP geo location and from the other hand why do we need to sell Canada proxies instead of USA meanwhile some users ask from us to get Canada proxies but we do not have Canada proxies at the moment and we will add more proxy servers to our network from multiple locations in USA in the future.

Google or Yahoo are not accurate Geo location tools to tell you the exact location of an IP address, in your situation both of them are incorrect for some reason, there are many geo location finder tools and below or few online tools to find the geo location of an IP address:

http://www.ipligence.com/geolocation
http://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip_demo

Check with all those geo location tools against Google and at the end you'll see that Google is incorrect, BTW Google or any other site can't change our server location which is in USA. and Google is not an All In One magician to tell everything and do all your work lol.

I attempted to order 30 proxies and got the Max Mind error before it even got to a payment screen. Per the error screen I opened ticket #876001. It's been about 8 hours since this happened without any movement on the case. Can you look into the ticket for me as I would like to try your proxies for some upcoming projects. Also how do we use PayPal as the only checkout option I saw was 2Checkout?

After checking out using 2Checkout, you get to see a host of payment modes that include Paypal etc.
