I rank my videos very well but all suckers flagging me on MASS so my videos are getting down very quickly (1-2hours)
How can I avoid that? I thinking to order 100k HR views and add some backlinks...what do you say ? How can I keep my video safe for a long time?

-Upload unique videos that are not against Youtube TOS
-Move to other niches where competition is not so high but still there are good conversions (research, research and then research some more)

If all that fails get used to it, that's the Youtube game, you either move to some other method or just continue your fight, if others are successful you should be too!

Try to find low competitive niche, i was always going for the high competitive niches and my videos were down in a least than a day a lot of hard work for nothing. Make a unique quality video, boost it with High retention views, comments , fav, likes, backlinks. You`ll make a lot more money with a low competitive niche because your video will stay a lot lot longer. Also try to protect your videos insert watermark etc...Good luck.

Can you please let me know what message you exactly get when your video would be deleted?

Usually they give a reason when they take down your videos. What was the reason? If it really is going against their tos then the next best thing is to readjust your video and reupload it leaving no footprints behind. When you get taken down again repeat the process.

Check what banned message your channel got. If 'community guidelines bla bla bla' that means someone flagging your videos. If you got 'Spam, gaming bla bla bla' that means something wrong with the IP or account creation process.
