High.....now lets say we have a niche that has 515800 exact global monthly. 16 keywords all put together. Competiton in google is easy to rank. The searches are 90% from countries like Pakistan, india, Morocco, Indonesia, Malaysia etc. If one could rank on first page for all 16 keywords and used PPD with content locking .

Thats like 17193 searches/day. Would it be right to say that if you were listed on page one of G atleast for all 16 keywords 10% would visit your site? If this is right then you would get 1719 visitors a day. Out of these 1719 visitors 10% do a survey because they want to download the file that would be 171.9 downloads/day. If for the above countries the payout is $0.15 per download one would make something like $25.65 a day .


In your experience does this seem like it can be done? I really dont know these are just speculations your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Just dont know about conversions and what to expect

Nice calculations over there. You did definitely do your homeworks. If your CPA network has offers for those countries and it would rake you in 25$ a day, I'd go for it! That's 750 $ per month right into your pocket.

You are assuming 10% of the "visitors" would download the file, and not a 10% Conversion rate, that is, 10% of the clicks you would get. Assuming that 1 out of every 2 would click on the offer(even that is pretty optimistic IMO), I think you will get about 850 clicks, 10% of which would be about 85 downloads. However, I think the downloads may be even less than that. Also, not all offers pay $0.15 for those countries as far as I know.

that sounds about right but be sure to analyze the competition properly. you said "Competiton in google is easy to rank" but is that according to the keyword planner? if it is thats the number of advertisers for that keyword and has nothing to do with SEO competition.

You'll often find that the numbers won't work out how you anticipate, and you're already being very generous with your conversion rate. Ultimately, the best way to find out is to test, test, and test.
