The accounts haven't been blasted with tools. Any link they have, have been built naturally by others.

REVIEW: I received 12 tumblr accounts -- 2 PR3s and 10 PR2s. They all had a PA over 27. But I was more interested in those that had a PA over 30, which included 5 of the accounts. (The highest was a PA 36; that's all good in my book.) It looks like the seller went an extra step and loaded a little content and did a couple reblogs so the accounts weren't completely empty, which was a nice surprise.
