Unfortunately our server was compromised, so we had to move the site to a new host. When doing so there was a DNS conflict that went unnoticed, so it's taking longer for it to appear back online for some.

My friend keeps vouching for this service. In fact, this is the only service he has consistently used for more than a year, I think. I kept pointing him to cheaper press release services but he still insists to use this one so I asked for sample reports. When I got them, I understood why he likes this service so much because it can bring in what others can't: immediate traffic and quality links from authority sites (plus you will always get positive feedback from offline clients when they see the reports).

At this point in time we do not offer any more review copies as such. Simply because we have been around for quite a few years now and there are plenty of reviews all over the internet. Even a few good ones here already.
Plus, we already offer the massive $70 off here which is mainly to attract resellers. But is also a bonus for BHW members who just want to buy one release here and there.
We can offer a little more off when it comes to bulk buying 10+ releases at any one time. When doing so the credits for the releases will sit in your account for you to use when you need them. Regarding the twitter followers, this is a feature that comes from the addition of PRNewswire in our Ultimate package, and yes it will be tweeted/retweeted across their accounts. You will also have the release tweeted on our twitter account as well as a few of our other partners accounts.
The main purpose is to get this release seen by as many people as possible, that's what brings in the traffic and in turn the boost in sales/conversions/sign ups etc.

I try to write a review for every service I use here at BHW, but I am here to truly praise these guys for their superb customer service. From the beginning, they were in direct contact with me about my press release (A+++++ communication and very professional). They went through the process of reviewing my request for the press release and drafted and excellent press release to be distributed. This is where it got a little tricky. Exactly one day after I approved the release that they drafted, I got a cease and desist letter to shut down my website because it had the words "Spin" and "Spinning" in it, which are trademarked (it was a site that sold spin bikes). With not knowing what to do, I emailed these guys directly and told them my problem since if the press release was distributed, it would likely be a waste of time since my site was going down. I honestly expected nothing from them but they went above and beyond, something I believe other companies would not do, and actually rushed to find my release and caught it RIGHT before distribution. As I cannot comment on the quality/results of they actual press release being distributed, I applaud their customer service and will be purchasing many more from them because I trust that I will be in good hands with them. If you have any doubts at all, don't! These guys are top notch and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Mark.

TLDR: 10/10 this is one of the best BST's I have ever ordered.
Full review: I ordered the ultimate package a few days ago and wanted to come back and leave a quick review. First things first, for the price they charge they are providing tremendous value to their customers which is always a great thing, buuuut there are many press release BST's that offer similar value.
So what truly sets them apart?
What I found sets Press Release Monkey apart was the professionalism and customer service shown throughout the whole process. They are without a doubt one of the most professional companies I have worked with online. To give an idea: I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars online working with various companies and freelancers and they are in the top 5 for sure. They were very helpful in answering questions I had and the quality of the work was great.
We all know what its like to order a BST or hire a company etc and deal with a bunch of headaches. Basically it fucking sucks, because your time is being wasted and time = money. Certainly not the case here.
I will without a doubt be ordering ALL my future press releases with PRM and recommend other BHW members do the same.
