I have seen a similar service on BHW offering 10 high PR social bookmarks for $15 and here OP is providing double that for under $4 its a no brainer. Plus I have used this service and I definitely vouch for it. Everything looks natural with variation in anchors, descriptions and even usernames and tags. sooo its like one and a half day later now and so far 6 links have disappeared (which i expected to happen since its adult). the rest are still there, i expect of those at least another 6 to vanish in the coming days, but hoping the other 11 will stick.

All in all, considering its adult stuff and my keywords were pretty obviously adult ones its still amazing that most havent been removed yet
