Do your PVA youtube accounts need to be reverified?
For example: I buy your pva accounts which were made on your ip's, then i login to the accounts on my ips, Won't google ask me to reverify the account and provide a phone number since the ips are conflicting?

Nope they dont need to be verified again unless and until you spam with them.

Something is definatly wrong with my latest order of 50 YT accounts, I have just checked again today and 4 videos have been "deleted by the user" so im pretty sure at least 6 of the accounts have been sent to more than one person
We dont resell our accounts to more than one person.
Once they are sold to one person they get removed from our database.
Just sent you a pm about it.

When providing with google accounts. We also include with phone no used as well as the secondary email address.
This should be sufficient in most cases if you are taken to a security page.

But don't they send some PIN to the phone number, which has to be entered while logging in to go forward?

We enter them and already verify them, so there is no need that you verify them again unless and until you spam the gmails.
