I added the order to your account. Please login to your account, go to our dedicated proxies area and select the new proxies from our proxies list. Once selected use the option " add to your account " which will add the selected proxies in to your proxies list.

Yes, I have this too. Not only London, but also Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham doe not even respond to a ping.

I wonder if I must switch or at least get a backup strategy with another provider... This is vital for my business.

I'm sorry for my late reply but for some odd reasons I was not able to acces the bhw forum. The hosting comapny fxed the UK shared proxies server and everithing should be back to normal. Please test your proxies and let me know if you still have troubles using them.

I don't recommend you shared proxies for Facebook, sooner or later your accounts will be banned. For such sensitive things you will need to use private proxies. We sell them as well and you can purchase as many as you want. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

There is nothing with the VPNdeluxe software as far we can tell and we are pretty sure something went wrong on the install process. We can do the install for you but you will have to give us access to your computer. You can do that trough Team Viewer.

We will need the team viewer ID & password and you can send me a PM with the login details if that's ok with or you can add me trough Skype at unr3al33 and we will start from there
