Yes the current version of youtubeblaster does that.
Use the scraper module to scrape users from specific videos then use the mass messenger to message those users.

I am posting this so you know what to expect on the next update.
Important! This update isnt available yet but im already working day and night with it!
Here are the list of additional features:
AccountChecker
- Option to add your anchor text and url to accountchecker tab. The software will put this url on google+ and youtube channel for extra backlink
- Make your google+ profile 100% finish so your comments will stick.
- Ability to select your own profile pictures
Scraper
- google+ profile scraper
Commenter+
- Option to Comment via google+ post
- Option to reply to top comments. This way your comment will be visible on the top comments page.
- You can now use various variables on your comment to make it more personal to the video. Variables like video title, keywords, video uploader and more. This will be explain on a video tutorial.

- You can load your accounts. What this bot does is make your accounts look natural and popular.
It will login to your account then roam to youtube and google+. Watch some videos then comment to it. The bot will scrape comments from the video and use it to comment. It will try to interact to the users by responding to their comment or adding them to google+. You can set the keyword so the bot will only go and add people to the topic you choose. This way your account will be relevant to a single topic and will have a high chance of getting on top when you comment on related videos. I hope this make sense.lol

Does that mean if you don't have everything filled out in you google+ profile, the comments will go away after some time? I didn't even know this!

Thanks for the update, the new update sounds exciting & a complete game changer when it comes to the new YT comment system. Looking forward to playing with it once it's out

Hey Kojack when you run the Commenter+ Restart Feature after it restarts it gives Error and doesn't finish the task not even half way can you please fix this. ""Error While Connecting to License Server version"" Then it Crashes with out finishing. Kojakfull the update sounds good hope it don't take to long right know the bot is crashing alot with Error."Error While Connecting to License Server version""
