General update about pending orders:
Ok guys, Moday is here, and with its arrival we also have some news regarding pending orders. This is just a general update our pending clients can use as a guideline on when to expect their content (of course, if you want a specific update, please get in touch; via Skype and/or email preferentially):
Those who ordered BEFORE November 6th: Your orders will be ready within this week. If you ordered more than 4000 words, its probable though that you receive most of your pending content this week and the rest on the next.
Those who ordered ON or AFTER November 6th: We will start sending you batches within this week. Most of your orders will be completed by next week.
The above, of course, applies to customers that haven't received anything yet so far, as we have already finished or sent batches to several of our pending clients.
Thanks again to all of you for your patience. We'll keep working hard on improving our TAT to match our content quality, so please bare with us a few more days.

Important notice to our pending customers:
Seems our Hostwinds server's IP is blocklisted temporarily and the emails we sent aren't arriving. Their support told me it's a general issue and they are working to get it off the blocklist. In the mean time, we are delivering the articles and answering questions from our personal email addresses, so please check your spam folders just in case.

We are aware guys, it was our mistake to include such an optimistic TAT in our BST. I guess we never thought we would have that many orders in such a short period of time.
We are working through the queue and getting to your orders very shortly now.

Hello,
Once we finish pending orders next week we'll only take limited number of orders per month in order to ensure reasonable TAT's, until we are ready for big volumes. By doing that, our plan is to stay as close as possible to the TAT's we advertise on the OP.

The TAT of my last order was a bit long, but I just wanted to drop in and say that the quality was superb. Looking forward to when you start accepting orders again.

Still a few more days until we clear all pending orders. We'll make an announcement next week.
TAT's will vary in accordance to orders schedules. That's something we'll be certain of once we reopen again. Price is $1.50 per 100 words. I'll send a sample via PM. Thanks.

Not sure if I understand your question. If you are asking about free reviews, those are long gone; this service has been going on for months now. If you are requesting a sample, we can send it right away. Let me know please.
UPDATE:
Ok, guys, it took as longer than expected, and we are sorry for giving wrong TAT's again and again, but this time we are certain that we'll clear all pending orders by next week. That's DEFINITE. Most of the pending volume we had since we closed the service has been already delivered. If for some reason beyond our power we don't reach the goal, we'll refund everyone that hasn't received anything as we don't want to keep you waiting any longer. But we are confident this is a final general TAT.
Many people have been asking us when will we reopen. We'll probably start accepting orders once again the day after we finish with pending orders, but we learn from our mistakes, and this time orders will be taken until a certain number of spots are filled. No more orders will be taken for a certain period of time after that. This is a measure we'll take to guarantee reasonable TATs. We'll start taking big order volumes again once we reorganize ourselves and get more people on board.
We'll let you know when will you be able to reserve spots once we are near reopening date. These will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
