How accurate do you think the Adwords Keyword Planner is?
Results are so different from the old keyword tool

for me its doing better when compared to the old keyword tool. Its more accurate.

Yes, of course Keyword Planner tool is way better then old keyword tool. You will see more accurate results compare to old one - even you can compare results of some paid keyword tools as well.

The search volume you see in the Keyword Planner IS for exact searches.

It's definitely as accurate as it can be. The only reason G puts it there is so adwords advertisers can get an idea of where they should put their money. Some of these companies pile a ton of money into a single campaign so it's in G's best interest to make the keyword planner as accurate as possible. Anything less would leave an opening for yahoo or bing to get an edge on them from the advertisers' perspective.

All result is exact match ??

I tried all match, but KP shows same volume for all matchs!!
