1) There is no Google sandbox. The sandbox is a myth.
2) There is no such thing as a good "keyword density."
3) Removing bad links does help with Penguin.
4) PR is only good for link sellers. Stop buying PR links. You'll get caught and QQ when it happens.

please add more plz to help people

Any proof of those claims?

The sandbox.. is MOST DEFINITELY A THING. Google can and WILL remove you from results.

I am sure removing bad links will in time allow you to recover from penguin

PR is absolutely important as it shows not only how often Google is checking back on this link but it also shows that the link holds good traffic and shows how "not spammy" it is to google.

Being deindexed is not the sandbox. :-\

I'd recommend you use your fingers to count when you are using numbers next time.
And yeah sandbox isn't being deindexted. It's a box filled with sand right?
Same as black hat. Nothing to do with IM, SEO etc... it's just a hat with a black colour.

Literally all 4 (5?) are wrong.

1. There is a sandbox. If you have ever had a new domain or used spam you would know this.
2. There is such thing as good keyword density. Keyword stuffing is a known factor
3. Removing bad links DOES help with penalties. Will it solve everyone's penalties? No, obviously not.
4. PR is a good indicator for link value. Is it the only metric you should use? Obviously not. DA/PA, age, content, indexed pages, domain status are all beneficial to determining link value.

This guy has to be a troll. No other explanation

You said 5 myths in the title, yet you posted just 4.

1) definitely NOT a myth
2) definitely NOT a myth
3) low chances of being a MYTH
4) high chances of being a MYTH

Unfortunately, we will never know if something related to Google is a myth or not. They are very good at keeping secrets

However, this IS a MYTH: Matt Cutts will stop BHW :D

Lately, I feel like there's only one way to describe a lot of the posts I'm reading:

The blind leading the blind

Wrong wrong wrong.

Google actually gives you a BOOST in your rankings.
Because there is keyword stuffing does not mean there is a "right" keyword density.
Yes, removing links is a good thing.
PR is not important.

1) There is no Google sandbox. The sandbox is a myth.
False. It is way harder to rank a high-concurrent keyword on a new site than on a site on aged domain with aged content, even if both sites have no inbound links. Both newbie bonus and a sandbox exist for new sites.
2) There is no such thing as a good "keyword density."
True at the moment. It depends a lot on the site, on page subject etc.
3) Removing bad links does help with Penguin.
False. I've yet to see a site which recovered from Penguin penalty. Easier to build a new site from scratch.
4) PR is only good for link sellers. Stop buying PR links. You'll get caught and QQ when it happens.
False. PR is king. Caught? Maybe. But it is better to get caught eventually than do not rank at all.

Archon10,

Didn't you also say:

"I'm not here to buy crappy services. I'm here to amuse myself at the fail advice that's given here and the QQ threads after Matt kills a spammer network.

The site flipping forum is the only worthwhile forum here."

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...tt-cutts-targets-link-network-anglo-rank.html

Plus your thread is poorly worded. You title it "
5 SEO myths that BHW needs to stop spreading" but you then write as your first example: 1) There is no Google sandbox. The sandbox is a myth. So what are you saying that there is no Google sandbox or that's it's a myth when you say there is no Google sandbox? Plus you act as if all BHW members are of the same mind. It's a community with a pretty diverse set of opinions.

So you will excuse me for asking are you just here for amusement or education?

Okay .. this is really over the limit. Madcuts lover spreading his B.S in replies is something. And creating a new thread is a whole another thing !

Isn't here someone who can stop this madness!

Note for this thread reader: This guy knows SEO even before the internet and search engine were invented ! Seriously, he has 30 years SEO experience!

PR is like checking the weather by looking out the window $.02

I have never once seen a post by the owner or admin of BHW making these claims.
I think you should redirect your rant and stop spreading myths about BHW.
If you are referring to certain members then please state. And have you surveyed
and calculated the ratio of BHW members that you believe to be spreading myths?
I very much doubt it. In which in case you cannot make posts that BHW itself is spreading myths
as this is slanderous.

Stop what madness? I have built probably 500 websites in my lifetime, and I probably know more about the search engines than you. I find it sad that you guys keep spreading bad info, and I think there needs to be a revolution of info in the SEO community. I am tired of seeing the bad information come from this site. I am here to help.

When you don't listen to people like me, you have penalties and your sites get victimized from spammers such as Anglo rank.

This dude is clearly a troll. He's not even trying anymore. 500 websites? I'm done posting in this thread.
