So, you're going to pay 50% for someone to begin, then pay the rest when you see results? Then if that project goes well, you'll only pay by results? That doesn't make sense.

JV = Joint Venture
Rather than paying somebody you would work as partners and share profits.
The split would be determined by the amount of work involved and carried out by each partner.
