Help me get my way across on the ultimate VPS?

So I was looking around and I want the following:

- Offshore + DMCA Ignored + Any Content Upload (Nulled Scripts & Warez) + DDoS Protected + HIGH Ram VPS

Is out there any such thing like that? I know I'm asking for a lot, but I would really want to have my hands on something which finally fits my needs, and for cheaper prices
So far my stories with few guys haven't been good, I have tried VPSDime and they suspended my account worth of 2 remaining months, for constant DDoS attacks.

And so on, I wanted to get such hosters because I really want to be able to host any content I want to, whilst having the freedom of doing so, and as well be free of pressure that I won't get my service suspended for DDoS and be able to rely on high ram in order to do my business well.

If someone knows about this, Please write back to me, I would like to know stories of you guys which may come across with some service... Well being realistic, Not so exact of what I'm demanding, But AT LEAST Close to it.

When your websites are constantly under ddos attack i doubt there's a host that will keep your VPS running. If you have a dedi + paid ddos protection thats other thing, but a VPS.. nobody will keep you as ddos protection is expensive and it is not worth for them keeping your vps

I acknowledge that, but, So far I will have to desist from getting VPS in the meanwhile, I'm now aiming for Shared Hosting so I can host a community forum like BHW, So far I was thinking going with JDRHost? good enough?
