I was billed 12/2 for my proxies and do not yet see any new batch in the client area yet.. Why is this? Do I need to ask for a new batch ? I should automatically receive the new batch when getting billed.

I need a lot but was burnt before with private proxies.

You'll be billed automatically if you have an active 2co subscription and it'll renew your proxy package period for another 30 days else if not paid your proxies will be stopped working after 30 days, and automatic renewal doesn't mean your proxies getting replaced automatically, because renewal and replacement are are two different things and some clients prefer to use same set of proxies but some will need new proxies, in that case you have to send us a request for that VIA client area, refer to FAQ:

These are some huge footprints, and the proxies are therefore useless for me. Can you place replace them with US proxies where each IP and the Port is different?

Just checked the proxies after ordering them a couple of days ago.. these are all sequential which might be a bit suss for those using them for suss things.

I ordered 30, all were sequential, not that it matters much to me.

Yes they will be fine for your purpose but at this moment you'll get sequential IPs and in the future we will be able to provide you non sequential IPs too.
