In one of your emails you said that you have read YT TOS 30 times, so you chould definitely know how exactly my video was violating TOS. The problem is that my video was LEGIT. My video, title and description was fully in compliance with YT TOS. And we both know that very well. It was a woman ethically inviting to visit a website. It's a quality vebstie with quality content in it. It's a free detailed guide on how to build a website. Content is written by experienced English native speaker. There was no PPD, or affiliate links in the description.
I will tell you where the problem is: The work of your team was superficial. You are leaving huge footprints, that is why the video was reported. An example: my first video had 300 views and 100+ comments. Does it look natural for you?? I don't think so. It could be easily reported and deleted because of that.
I will not be opening a shit list thread if I will get a full refund for my first order.

Nov 11th you placed the order with us. Nov 20th the video got removed from YouTube.

Read the message from YT = YOUR CONTENT VIOLATES YT TERMS OF SERVICE. YOUTUBE IS SAYING THAT, NOT US.
On Nov 16th we offered to work again an re-upload the same video for you and you accepted it.
However the video was getting deleted as soon as we used to upload it as the content was marked by YT. See the below screenshot
So we couldn't work on it and hence the delays. I am offering you a full refund even after doing the work on it for 9 days. Actually I shouldn't do that. So yes feel free to open a shitlist and we will let a mod decide if we owe you a refund or not. If a mod feels we should refund I will happily do that.
Our BST terms clearly says that if you give a video which violates YT terms of service we wont be able to refund you after working on it. And I have cleared that numerous times on the thread that if your video violates YT terms of service and it gets deleted after we work, there will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS.

This is NOT my second video, it's my first video! I have paid for it, and you show it publicly? Very professional. Congratulations! And even if it would be a free video, you still have NO right to share clients video publicly!
Dailymotion rankings? Did you ever saw dailymotion video ranking in the first page of google for competitive keywords? What a joke.
Show us YT video rankings in google! Why the video after a MONTH still has 4 backlinks instead of 10000?? Why there is NO link to a blogger post with another 10000 backlinks? I see NO link to a blogger post in the description. Where are 50 video directory links? Where are social shares?
You advertise all this stuff in a front page of your sales thread. And the TAT should be 10 days. After 29 days I still see NO links.

You are no authority to say that our work is superficial when the same work has ranked your OWN SECOND video on top page of youtube, proof attached in my previous post with ranking screenshots. Our same work has ranked over 1000+ clients on YouTube and Google on this very same forum.
Lastly I would recommend you to open a shitlist and let a Mod decide if we owe you a refund or not. As of now we deny the refund for 2 reasons mentioned below -
1. As your video violates YT TOS and we have mentioned alteast 100 times on our BST that we don't refund after work is done and if the video is banned due to content which violates YT TOS.
2. Your constant yapping on this thread.
We offered you a refund on your very first post, had you accepted it we could have ended this peacefully and professionally. But sicne you wanted to create a scene out of this, we would like to follow the board rules and let a mod decide your case and we will be happy to refund if asked to do so.

Yourank created a decent video for me last week and it is already ranking in the 1st page of youtube and google for a couple of my keywords. The work on my order isn't even fully completed. Quite impressed.
