Hey, I am a complete noob when it comes to google SEO, and I need help.

I have been running GSA SER for a while now and have generated 1,000 backlinks... when I look at serps I am not ranked anywhere it gives me a "-"

So, I checked for it on google by typing the domain and it still did not show up...

This is a blogspot, isn't blogger owned by google... why will it not show up?!?!

I have also pinged it with 4 free pinging sites and let google crawl it with webmaster tools 4 times now..

I am so confused on what I am doing wrong...

Thanks for who ever can help me!

If you are a complete noob in terms of SEO/etc, why would you spend money in a program which has a SEO function?

You are freaking out like a little bitch. Calm down and relax.

Learn about indexing and get that done first... then continue your campaign.

By the way, whenever you fail, don't freak the fuck out, stand up and walk again.

/e:

Place a youtube video in each of the urls you are trying to rank.
Create a video xml map.
Submit it and voila.

Please do not ask how to do it, if you don't know how to do that, READ.

Lol i cant stop laughing on this .

Are you using a brand new site? Or have you used an aged domain? If its aged, check your anchor cloud to make sure its not been spammed meaning google had de-indexed it. If its a new site,it may just need time to come out of the sandbox. How long has it been since you set the site up?
Also ,if your only running gsa and not putting any manual links in which are relevent, this may be harming your site. I may be wrong but I sometmes feel if you have no relevent backlinks coming into your site then google will penalise you. Or maybe your 1000 BLs came in too fast and it flagged up. Could be any number of reasons.
When you say you check google for the site how are you doing that? Are you typing site:yourdomain.com?

Sorry, reading over it I guess it might have sounded like that :P but the reason I baught the software was because I saw the possibility of making money with it...

Oh and thanks for the help on the bottom!

There's no reason for you to be buying tools if you don't even know how basic SEO works.

However, if your blog was just freshly created, it might take a little bit longer to have it indexed.

Oh, this might be the problem, the site is about 1 week old and I just started to do SEO with it now...

How long does it usually take to get indexed?

Thanks

Try and relax and stop pinging, in answer to how long does it take the answer would be how long is a piece of string? Google does what google does i could throw 2 sites out there just now and 1 would be picked up and the other left for a week. I know it's frustrating but instead of pinging and backlinking take a step back and start thinking about creating great content on your site, read this forum then read again and again as its a gold mine for information. Go grab a coffee and start reading that is the best advice i or anyone could ever give you.

Are you saying your site is a week old and you have already 1000? back links on it?

I would stop running it and start reading up on this forum about seo, that is the best thing you can do right now. Forget about these tools until you learn a little more as they will only get your site penalised if not used properly. After reading a bit things will fall into place, there is threads on here for newbies like yourself explaining how to do basic seo and it's a great guide and will point you in the right direction.
Just let's see what happens with your site over the next week or so but in the meantime start reading, no more pinging and stop the software. That is what i would do.When i first started doing this many years back i bought a package from a guy on to my new domain name and because he more or less blasted my site, my site got de indexed and i was mad at myself for not learning more beforehand and i learned the hard way, Slow and steady unless you are looking to churn and burn which i am thinking you do not.

I did do some reading, and that is what started all of this...

I read this thread on this forum of a guy who used purely gsa ser to rank his site, and i was indexed over night.

after seeing the amazing results he got I bought the software thinking I would be able to get the same...

he kept running it non stop and now he is number 7 the last time I checked. That is amazing considering the competition of that niche.

Last time I checked, you have to sent Matt Cutts a personal letter with flowers.
Then at the bottom of the love letter, you put your link.
Here's the trick: It has to be really subtle.
Maybe even write the link in really small letters.

Seriously though guys, calm down, he's just trying to learn.

EnzBot: SEO comes with patience. Just start reading anywhere, I know it sounds boring, but it's really interesting stuff to learn.

Good luck my friend! :o

OP, stop what you are doing and take a step back.

Read up on SEO and Backlinking.

Once you understand the basics and principles then fire up your tools.

Good Luck

1000 backlinks for a newly created site? Please stop it right NOW. I suggest you to go through the basics before doing anything further.

It is a good idea to first focus on providing content for the blog, at least for the first 4 weeks. As you add new content, search engines add the new pages to their index. After that, you could think of building links gradually, while new content is added daily. That makes backlinks to grow with the articles posted, thus giving the blog a natural status instead of a spam blog

You could be overdone with spamming links on your new blog, you don't need that much low quality links these days.

Don't abuse in backlinks and ping or your site will never got indexed.
I suggest you to open a google webmaster account, submit your sitmap and review all your backlinks.
Good luck.

You havnt indexed it and started using GSA SER ?
Dont freak out when you see something unexpected, you havent seen the whole story yet so its better to get going with content posting and learn some basic SEO .

1k backlinks do not cut it anymore, nowadays you need 10mil GSA shitiest tier BL to get it moving.
