Wrong name on paypal

Hi, this is my second account on paypal, so i made it with my mothers name.
But i wrote my moms maiden name and plus the last name she got from my father. The other informations are ok.
On the credit card says just the first name and the last name she got from my father.

Will that be alarm for paypal not to allow withdraw?

Could not be an issue but you can change a name on your PayPal account if you made a mistake but you
need to submit proof in order to do this.

If your country is not allowed to have a PayPal account then the account you just created is going to be banned too.
The real solution is to operate a stealth PayPal account and by doing so you do not have to worry about which country you
are in or from.
