Old site has gone down from PR3 to 2 but my new site and most pages have gone from nothing to PR2!

Most of the New Site get Page Rank up what ever the links pointed to them.. But some Domain with Good Amount of Backlinks Fall Down...

It went from N/A to PR0

Most of the blogs in my networks went down with PR, it's odd as I don't have any without really good supporting links. If it does not influences the SERPs it's fine though.
