Hey everyone, I was browsing the internet looking for a solution to my problem, when I came across this forum. So I decided to make an account, and post here. Yes, I did scroll a few pages, and though I found similar content, it was not exactly what I was looking for.
So the new YouTube comment system has f*cked me. I had a little system going that was very successful because I directed traffic onto my video by commenting (spamming) on related videos. I did like 150 comments per day, so I didnt really care about being top comment. Now, when I comment, ALL my comments are 'ghosted'. Literally none of them show up, not even in recent comments.
I prefer not to discuss my exact situation, but I will provide an example. I run a minecraft server, so I used to spam comments on minecraft youtubers channels in order to get the commenters to play on my server. Remember, this is not the exact situation (in fact its not even remotely related to minecraft) so dont post suggestions saying I could get traffic using other methods. The ONLY possible method is YouTube videos. The point is, I need to spam comments to get traffic.
Now that is out of the way, so I can address my issue a bit more. So I did a few experiments. I used three Google+ (youtube accounts) to post comments on various 'minecraft' videos. I used my main account, the one with the video about my server, lets call that Alpha. The other two accounts, simply test accounts will be called Beta and Gamma. On Alpha, when I comment ANYTHING, it doesnt show up on the other accounts, even when I switch it to recent comments. On Beta and Gamma, I first tried commenting something like "hello everyone" and it showed up on recent comments. Keep in mind I am in fact referring to using another account/IP to observe this. Next, I tried commenting the 'spam' comment. It didn't show up. After, I tried commenting the spam comment and "hello world" back to back respectively. The spam comment didnt show up but hello world it. Finally, I tried to modify the spam comment to make it shorter and less like spam. Still didn't work. Here is some background information on the accounts:
Alpha --> Used to be a legit channel where I made music, has about 270 subscribers. Later I started spamming, and it had one video taken down for violating TOS
Beta --> Made a while ago, over a year as a matter of fact. Not very active in terms of YouTube
Gamma --> Brand new, made the day of these tests
So is there ANY WAY to continue spamming on YouTube?? If I buy an account that has a good Google+ standing will it get flagged and comment ghosted shortly after I start spamming? Is there any way to help to get around this? Thanks in advance for the help.
