Can anyone help me by naming some best tools that really helpful to build backlinks??

Can you suggest which tools are free and which are paid tools?

However have a look at GSA, one time payment and can submit links to 100+ platforms.

free tools.. i don't think you will find any free tools that are useful or worth the try. do manual link building instead if you don't have the bucks yet to buy the premium tools. i started out this way.

there are several tools you can find in this forum. tools like gsa, senuke, magic submitter, and more. do some research first before using this tools. these tools can harm your site but can also help a lot if used right.

This is correct. Unless you're going for a churn 'n burn strategy, you probably should not be building links using BH tools.

Please define the difference in manual and auto work.

Manual process (required your ten fingers ): Open wordpress.com, fill the form, register user and submit content with image/video/tags etc..

Auto process via software without moving a finger: Open wordpress.com, fill the form, register user and submit content with image/video/tags etc..

So if you can do the same work on autopilot then whats the issue with that?
