like each time it happened with a payment processor, we can say goodbye to our money ... damn !
and they don't even tell their members i learnt because i asked for a withdraw on Nov 25 and then a couple of days later, i received an email telling me it was refused. I logged into the account and saw the news. Bye bye my money :-((

The same as happened to Liberty Reserve, I expect.
I read that LR were making business in countries where they shouldnt be.

All who lives in US cannot withdraw or add funds in Payza, technically all US users money in Payza are gone for good. No access them anymore. What I read.

Transfer the money to a friend in another country and have him send it to you.
This is common for most U.S. processors, if you live outside the U.S. and Europe it is a pain in the A$$ to get your money out unless you have a bank account in the States.

Im not sure if I fully understood you but..
All users in Payza from US cannot do anythign with funds in their account in Payza.
All those funds are frozen for ever and cannot be withdraw from Payza
Those who live outside US can still do whatever they want in Payza, since Im from European and I can still send and receive money
Withdrawing money from my Payza account to my bank account should be simply.
Thought I havent tried it yet but who knows how it goes when I do.
And who knows if FBI pam pam Payza and shutdown it foreever.
Buuut like I mentioned can US force UK company to shut their business.
Who knows.

If Payza has already locked all US accounts funds than you are f0ked... If you can still access your account and funds transfer everything to a friend using Payza in Europe ASAP.

It's kinda confusing what exactly happened with Payza US accounts. Payza saying Obopay keeping these funds and Obopay saying they have nothing do with Payza since July 2013. Everything seems work find out side of US.
