You could just search the "Social Media" section in the BST and purchase some likes.

i thought if that method but since I just started a new fan page I need the powers that be at Facebook to think it's all organic for now. If I just bought 1000 likes on a new page it would look a little off don't you think?

Purchasing just 1000 fans would not be suspicious.
If you have a fresh new page today and the next day if it had 1 million fans that would be really suspicious.
I hope you are looking for free fans you could try some exchange sites like youlikehits to get some likes.
Ok I'll try that method of purchasing likes. But if also like to run some organic likes to the page. It is a fresh page just put it up yesterday and I still need to post content. It's a health page. Plan on running a couple offers but would like to get the page seasoned for a week or so before doing so. I don't want to go through the hassle of another banned ads account for "suspicious activity". Also has anybody ever used noipfraud for cloaking ads? A review would be great fully appreciated.

AMF w/ one of the free bots that can be found on BHW...Or Fiverr...But any likes/fans that are generated unnaturally will gradually disappear over a period of time as the fake accounts get banned - never fails.
