Warning - Flippa is full of scams - check this example

I love to navigate in internet and check scams, I am an expert in this section... I dont know why (because I am italian from naples??) but I can discover in easy way a scam on the net. In this case I show you a scam in flippa

The seller say that his website has a lot of traffic (300k/month) and with this traffic is easy earn good money with adsense. The funny thing that show you that it is a scam is this:
- 300k unique visits convert always in a least 1 comment per post... but check it: none of the contents have a single comment! Very strange! Now I bet everything that you never found a normal website with only 10k visits thta has no comments inside.
- Facebook page with only few likes and all from fake accounts (addmefast etc..) infact every post shared in facebook has no likes

To create these simple scam website is easy:
Buy a domain and use a fake traffic generator that click also the ads (there is a japan software that do it)
so warning when you buy on flippa...
Analytics and Adsense reports not prove always that you can trust people

Always check web analytic sites that website owner not can modify like semrush etc.

Yes, I read this thread and checked the auction and couldn't believe who the seller was! It's almost too coincidental like this thread was supposed to be started in an attempt to indirectly add rep. to the Maverick guy. Unbelievable!

I don't undertand the greediness of these people. If I was a scammer I'd just lower the reserve to 18k one day before the end of the auction. I don't understand the number of bidders as well.

But then until there are so many bidding on such auctions there will always be scammers. Good thing is those who don't know any better have a 5 figure budget so the higher the price less buyers there are and less scammrs as well. (and then less sites to sell too and less work needed to go through all the bad apples too)

That's why I only look at established sites with stable metrics. You just can't fake certain metrics.
