Hey SebiP, you can use Speed Rank for churn and burn yes, combine it with a heap of other link types for diversity and you'll be golden!

Welcome in! Yes you can upgrade at any time. Build other links to dilute your anchors would be my advice, yes 15 days drip feed is standard if you want longer shoot us an email. My best advice using these is to make sure to build a heap of other diverse links with lots of different anchors, this makes a huge difference from our observations and personal use.
