no you cannot, it is called "double serving" and it is against Google TOS.

jes but double serving is only when i use more accounts and same keyword but if i use different keywords than this is not double serving

Well, you're right. but, if you use different keywords, why the need for multiple accounts? simply use one account for all keywords if you advertise the same domain.

Dude why you want to use 2 accounts to promote 1 website at same time. (Coupons right)
Run multiple keyword Ads from one Adword account first, when that gets exhausted, stop Ads from first account. And start running from the 2nd Adwords account. This way you can use both coupons/discounts and there will be no 2 same kind of Ads at same time.
