There was a 33 percent over delivery which has me wondering why the programming involved is so far off. I wouldn't say the views came from top tier countries. You can be the judge of that.

Update:

I bought 20k High Retention Views for two videos and a few subscribers.

It takes a few days for them to get started on your video, which is fine because I am sure they are slammed with orders.

Progress thus far both of the videos are at around 10k and are drip feeding

Still haven't got anymore subs yet, but I am sure they will come as my order hasn't yet been completed.
